Leadership Level Up is an exclusive mastermind group designed specifically for women of color who are ready to become an effective and engaged leader.
Does this sound like you?
Your imposter syndrome is at an all-time high and you’re afraid people will realize you don’t belong in a leadership role.
You have no clue how to communicate with your team effectively to get them all on the same page.
You feel nervous when you’re in meetings with your team and don’t look forward to going to work every day.
You’re feeling alone in your career right now and like there’s no one to turn to for help.
You’re unsure of what to do, what used to work for you in the past is no longer working.
Can I be real with you for a moment?
Corporate America is failing black women.
Although we’re the most educated and most ambitious women in corporate America (we have more graduate degrees and more of us have our eye on the C-suite), we’re still consistently hitting a big Black ceiling . You know - the overlooking of our credentials, downplaying of our achievements, and countless racial and cultural slights that keep us from climbing the corporate ladder.
We aren’t being given leadership opportunities at the same rate as other groups, and when we are given the chance to shoot our shot, we aren’t given access to the kind of culturally relevant training, mentorship and support we need to thrive in these roles.
And on top of that, we often have to manage teams of people who don’t look like us, don’t understand us and, in some instances, don’t support us as leaders.
It shouldn’t be this way.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Imagine a collective of high performing, high impact and high earning women leaders in HR, Communications, Legal, Corporate Finance, Compliance and Operations who get you, understand you, and who truly care about all the things that make you, you.
Imagine going through a holistic, culturally relevant leadership development program with these women led by an HR Director, career strategist and leadership coach with over 10 years experience navigating through corporate America.
It's time for you to become the powerhouse leader your organization and team need you to be (and that you deep down know you can be).
Because being an effective leader is the #1 skill you need as you climb your way to the top.
