feeling like you're at a standstill? Ready to take your career to the next level?

Hey there! I'm Dorianne St Fleur - Executive Coach, Career Strategist and creator of Your Career Girl. I know how it feels to be stuck in a career that looks "right" to everyone else on the outside, but that doesn't inspire you on the inside.

My goal is to help you identify and leverage your divine purpose and unique strengths so you can achieve your career goals.

Look, I’m an overachiever. I set high standards for myself and for the people I work with. I believe we all have the power to reach the upper echelons of our respective fields  - which is why I'm on a mission to build a community of success oriented women focused on pursuing purpose, not paychecks.

I believe in purposeful precision - which means you don’t succeed by taking one step in 10 directions, instead you succeed by taking 10 steps in one direction. And when you focus on moving in the direction of your purpose, you'll find that more money, more promotions and more opportunities naturally begin to fall into your lap.

does this sound like you?

You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done in your career.

In fact, you were raised knowing you'd have to work twice as hard as the people around you if you wanted to succeed.

You've run in the right circles. You've played the political game. You've said yes to all the opportunities that've come your way.

You might've even transformed your entire image to fit the expectations of corporate America.

You've done everything right.

But for some reason, you still feel like something's missing. And like you've got so much more to accomplish.

This is the plight of ambitious people - and I'm here to help you overcome this.

Maybe you feel undervalued and like no matter how successful you are, you can't break through that glass ceiling.

Maybe you're constantly battling the idea that even though you should be happy and grateful for where you are and what you've accomplished in your career, you haven't even scratched the surface on your potential and what you can achieve.

Maybe you believe with every fiber in your being that you're meant for so much more.

Whatever your reason for being here, you should know you're not alone.
