Frequently Asked Questions
What is career coaching?
Goals + action plan + accountability
The Your Career Girl coaching philosophy is based on the idea that you should be crystal clear on 1) who you are, 2) what you want, and 3) why you want it.
Mastering these questions means you'll have more than just a job. You'll have a purpose.
This is the secret to having a career where people are begging to hire, promote and pay you- whether you want to work for yourself or somebody else.
DO I REALLY NEED A CAREER COACH?
Life is short. Why waste it being unhappy - especially when there is another way.
If you're not as successful as you would like to be, working with a career coach is the right move for you.
A career coach provides a fresh and objective perspective on the current state of your professional life and can help you uncover what's holding you back from getting the career you've always wanted.
