Taisha’s Story…

I had never been a huge fan of LinkedIn. It's different than other social media platforms on so many levels and while I knew I wasn't capitalizing on all it's features, I just didn't like it. I had a profile, and I'd occasionally log in (once a month max) just long enough to accept a few connection requests, scroll my feed, become a little confused, and then log off often questioning why I'm wasting my time on this platform.

So, when Dorianne mentioned LinkedIn to me as the ideal place to find real opportunities, I immediately scoffed at the suggestion, "Ugghh! I hate LinkedIn!" She looked at me like what I said was blasphemous and assured me that if I leveled up my LinkedIn game, it could prove to be the most rewarding tool I use to grow my reach. I wasn't sold, but I'd worked with Dorianne before and knew she was an expert at this sort of stuff so I gave it a go and signed up for her program.

Within the first week, I received 3 recruitment messages, with one being from a major company looking to consult with someone with my expertise! Whaaattt??!! That had NEVER happened before. Fast forward a few months later and I landed a $2500 speaking gig from a major tech company and was later invited to become one of their preferred speakers!

If Dorianne had been near me I would have kissed her! I knew I had the skills to do these things, but in no way was I positioned to get connected with opportunities. The traffic to my page increased by more than 75%, I'm connected with thousands of people, and I continue to receive recruitment emails at least twice per month. Even better, I get how this platform works now and can adjust my profile and activity to manifest whatever types of opportunities I'm looking for at the time. Today, I'm on LinkedIn daily making connections and being sought after thanks to Dorianne's radical honesty, persistent encouragement, and proven strategic process.
