Since launching my free Career Breakthrough Coaching Sessions about a month and a half ago, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with dozens of women about their career journeys and goals. It’s been such an eye opening experience - both for me and for the women I’ve spoken with.
What I’ve noticed is that although the women I’m speaking with have different goals and are at different places in their career, there are common blockers that run through each of their stories and that these blockers are responsible for keeping each of them “stuck”.
Of all the blockers I’ve uncovered, there have been 3 major ones that are not only common, but are often so ingrained, the women I speak with don’t even realize how these things are negatively impacting their career success.
I’m tackling the biggest and most crucial blocker I’ve come across - lack of confidence - and breaking down how to immediately increase your self-confidence so you can level up in your career.
