Hey Career Girl Nation!
One of the differentiating characteristics of top performers and everyone else is the incessant drive to make an impact.
Top performers need to make professional contributions that matter and are valued.
For this reason, it's no surprise that they're almost always in some stage of career transition. Whether they're moving to a new role, taking on a new project, or implementing a new idea, top performers are either preparing for, in the process of, or just finishing up making some kind of move.
The thing is, even though it's not uncommon for these types of opportunities to present themselves to top performers, there are times when no matter how hard you work or how well you do your job, you're not being tapped for the actual opportunities you want.
In episode 30, I'm talking about the importance of building a brand that supports the kinds of moves you want to make in your career. If you're ready to be more strategic and intentional about choosing your next career opportunity, then this episode is a must listen!
